Iza Rudak is a social psychologist, a graduate of the University of Wrocław and the Musical Academy in Wrocław, and a grant holder of the University of Wales. She is a qualitative researcher with 17 years of experience. In 1998–2012, she worked as the Qualitative Research Director at Pentor Research International. In 2012–2015, she was the Client Service Director at TNS Polska in charge of qualitative research, and a member of the TNS Global Qualitative Leadership Team.

Iza specialises in exploratory research, concept and packaging tests, studies on advertisingcommunication and social issues.

She has facilitated numerous workshops on brand positioning and architecture and has been involved in strategic and research projects for leading global brands (also as part of cross-national projects). Iza Rudak has been the President of the Polish Society of Market and Opinion Researchers (PTBRiO) since 2012.
